Service Agreement

By engaging Real Gardeners LLC for services, you agree to these terms. Our services include landscape design, garden maintenance, lawn care, and related horticultural services.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due within 30 days of service completion
• Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge
• Returned checks subject to a $35 processing fee
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards

Service Guarantees

We guarantee our workmanship for 90 days from service completion. Plant materials are guaranteed for one growing season with proper care. Guarantees do not cover damage from weather, pests, or improper maintenance by the customer.

Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage and encourage customers to notify their insurance providers of scheduled services.

Cancellation Policy

Services may be cancelled with 24-hour notice without penalty. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service charge.

Property Access

Customer must provide safe, reasonable access to work areas. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities not properly marked or disclosed.
